Activities

• Staff deployed at project sites from all 6 selected CSOs, covering 7 blocks under the project.
• Project Inception workshop organised for the project team of 6 CSOs.
• Scoping study and DPR preparation completed — 72 Gram Panchayats comprising 200 villages; ₹115 crore leverage proposed per the scoping study.
• 8,960 households benefited through agriculture and livestock promotion, capacity building, and MGNREGA land development.
• Annual Review and Planning Workshop conducted for 6 project implementation partners.
• A baseline study for the TDD project was completed through an independent agency.
• ₹24.76 crore in financial leverage achieved through convergence of MGNREGA, government departments and CSR funds.
• 987.50 ha of land treated under government convergence, to reduce soil erosion, control damage, and improve water level and moisture.
• Met the MGNREGA Commissioner, Government of Maharashtra, to explore a state partnership; MoU and data shared, process nearly final.
