Setting up a driver-training centre at Shahada, through the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC), for Scheduled Tribe young men and women. The goal is to place trainees into MSRTC driver posts.

With the help of the National Institute of Naturopathy, Pune, a naturopathy centre has been set up at the Tribal Ashram School, Gohe Budrukh (Ambegaon taluka, Pune district), organising training for Scheduled Tribe young men and women in massage therapy, yoga instruction, fitness and related subjects.
