The part about the menu link pointing at the wrong page remains true.

What is actually known

The signed memorandum of understanding between Shabari and the Surat District Co-operative Milk Producers' Union being exchanged, the event banner naming both parties behind — This photograph is of that same signing.

On 14 September 2023 a Memorandum of Understanding was signed with Sumul — the Surat District Co-operative Milk Producers' Union — in the presence of Shri Vijaykumar Gavit, then Minister for Tribal Development and Chairman of Shabari Corporation.

The caption states that this makes it possible to implement the Pilot Dairy Development Project through Joint Liability Groups under the Centrally Sponsored Budget Scheme.
