• Quality seed production and sale of 11 Tons Rice(Raibhog, Kal bhat, Kolpi) and Finger Millet, Little Millet crops and Sale of 4946 Kitchen garden kits (31 lakhs)
• Conserved 194 accessions of 53 crops in kharif and Rabbi season
• Organized 52 training programmes on seed selection, Crop cultivation
• 85 Crop germplasm accessions deposited to Ex situ gene bank at BAIF CRS.

Improving livelihoods conditions by augmenting land and water resources, sustainable agri. practices, enhancing livestock productivity, capacity building of GPs for IFR/CFR and convergence of government schemes.
• Staff deployment at project location from all selected 6 CSOs to cover 7 blocks under the project.
• Project Inception workshop organized for the project team of 6 CSOs
• Scoping study and DPRs preparation work completed 72 Gram Panchayats comprising 200 villages, a total of 115 crore leverage proposed as per the scooping study
• 8960 households benefited through various activities like promotion of agriculture, livestock and capacity building, and land development through MNREGA.
• Annual Review and Planning Workshop conducted for 06 project implementation partners
• A baseline study has been completed for the TDD project, through an independent agency
• Around Rs. 24.76 crore financial leverage have achieved through convergence from MNREGA and various government departments and CSR funds.
• 987.50 ha of land is treated under the Govt convergence to reduce soil erosion, and damage control and to improve the water level and moisture content in the Project Area.
• Met with MNREGA Commissioner, Govt of Maharashtra to explore a state partnership in Maharashtra, subsequently MoU and data have been shared with them and it is almost in the final stage
